However, please note that this refund policy does not apply if your trip departs within 60 days or if it is marked as ‘on request,’ as we need to secure your accommodation and internal flights. Additionally, this policy excludes trips to Rwanda, Costa Rica, Finland, Iceland summer, Greece (in July and August), and Belize, as we commit to payments for these destinations earlier.
