While we always do our best to accommodate common dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free meals, we’re not always able to guarantee that more specific preferences – particularly those relating to food preparation methods, ingredient types or personal lifestyle choices – can be fully catered to as part of the meals included in the price of your trip.
That said, we will share your dietary preferences with our local team in advance, and your Pack Leader will also be made aware before the trip begins. They’ll do their best to support you throughout the trip, and where included meal options don’t quite match your preferences, they can help you identify alternative options to purchase locally if needed.
If there are any essential items or supplements that are part of your regular diet at home and may be difficult to find during your trip, you may wish to bring a supply with you so you have these available.
If you have a severe allergy, please be very cautious and avoid any foods where cross-contamination could be a risk. If you require medication for your allergy, please ensure this is in date and you bring this with you.
You will be able to share information about your dietary requirements and allergies via the onboarding checklist (accessible via the Flash Pack app after booking), which our Customer Safety team will then review. If we have any follow up questions to ask, or practical advice to share to help you safely navigate your trip, we will reach out to you by email.
