You may have seen this terminology crop up when browsing our adventures. Here’s what each status means.

Available: This means this trip is not yet guaranteed as we likely have not met the minimum number of bookings in order for the trip to be guaranteed. Please wait until you receive an email confirming the trip is guaranteed before booking your flights.

Guaranteed Departure: This means your trip is confirmed to go ahead. It has the minimum number of travellers booked on, so you can confidently book your flight, knowing the adventure is going ahead as planned.

On Request: This means the trip is either approaching its departure date and requires final confirmation with our team on the ground, has only a few spots left, or falls under another specific circumstance that we'll inform you about once you've booked. When you book an 'on request' adventure, we’ll provisionally hold your spot and keep you updated via email. Please wait for our confirmation before booking any flights.

Last Chance: This means the adventure is close to its departure date and may have limited availability remaining. It’s also a last-chance opportunity to book before the adventure switches to ‘on request’. So, if you're interested in this particular date, it’s best to book as soon as possible to avoid having to wait 3-5 business days to hear from us if you’ve secured that coveted spot.
