You may have seen this terminology crop up when browsing our adventures. Here’s what each status means.

Guaranteed Departure: this means your trip is confirmed to go ahead. It has the minimum number of travellers booked on, so you can confidently book your flight, knowing the adventure is going ahead as planned.

On Request: this means the trip either hasn't yet met the minimum number of travelers required or we’re getting very close to the departure date and need to confirm we’re good to go with our team on the ground. When you book an ‘on request’ adventure, we’ll secure your spot provisionally and keep you updated on its status via email.

Final Call: this means the adventure is close to its departure date and may have limited availability remaining. It’s also a last-chance opportunity to book before the adventure switches to ‘on request’. So, if you're interested in this particular date, it’s best to book as soon as possible to avoid having to wait 2-5 business days to hear from us if you’ve secured that coveted spot.
