How does rooming work?

Our adventures are priced based on sharing a twin room, and 75% of our travelers go for it. Room-sharing fast-tracks friendships and we get incredible feedback from even the most apprehensive first-timers. That said, if you’d really prefer your own room, that’s fine too. Here’s how it all works:

How do you match roommates?

From the moment you enquire we make it our priority to get to know you and your preferences. Part of this comes in the form of a questionnaire which will include questions around your sleeping habits and likes/dislikes. Invaluable information that we use to match you up with the ideal roommate of the same gender.

Can I have my own room?

We’ll always try to reserve a number of single rooms on each adventure so that we can cater to travelers who, for whatever reason, don’t want to share a room. Single rooms are subject to availability and can fill up quickly, so we recommend booking early to secure yours if it’s what you prefer. Single rooms do come at an extra cost, and the exact cost will vary from adventure to adventure. You can easily upgrade to a single room at the checkout page.
