We do, but timings and amounts differ depending on when you’ll be traveling. Here’s how it works:
We’ll only take payments when your departure is confirmed or “guaranteed”
If your trip becomes guaranteed within 90 days of departure, we'll take payment from the card you’ve registered with us within 48 hours of this happening
If your adventure is 8+ months away, however, you’re welcome to pay the remaining balance in 3 or 6-month installments, up to 60 days before departure. These payments will be auto-debited from the card used to pay your deposit, and you’ll receive email reminders 7 days and one day before each payment is due to be taken
For customers outside the UK, if you’re not on a payment plan, the final balance will be charged automatically once your departure is guaranteed and 90 days or less from departure. As above, you’ll receive email reminders 7 days and one day before each payment is due to be taken
Remember, you can update your card details at any time through your Flash Pack account.
