We know that one size doesn’t fit all, so we’ve created Flash Pack trips to suit every fitness level.
Adventure trips
Each trip page includes a Physicality meter to indicate how active the itinerary is overall, with three levels: Chilled, Active and Challenging.
While this should help you work out which adventure might be right for you, only you can judge your fitness levels and capabilities of doing certain activities, so we advise reading through the itinerary in detail and making sure you’d be comfortable to participate in most of the activities.
Of course, you can sit some out if you want, but we encourage people to try them all, not only to get the full experience but also so you get the best value for your money.
Wellbeing journeys
These journeys are purposefully gentle and unhurried. There’s no expectation to push yourself physically, and no prior experience is needed for any wellbeing practices. Sessions are optional, accessible for all abilities, and guided by certified professionals.
That said, every retreat is slightly different, so again we recommend reading through the day-to-day itinerary to see what’s involved.
