Our Pack Leaders work hard to foster a welcoming group vibe, but we know group dynamics can sometimes bring challenges. Here’s how we support you to ensure everyone has a fantastic time, along with tips for handling any concerns, backed by our Flash Pack Guarantee.

Building an Inclusive Group Atmosphere
We design our trips to spark connections, and you can help by being open to everyone in your group. Simple actions - like chatting with new travelers during activities or including others in conversations - create a warm, inclusive environment. Our Pack Leaders are skilled at bringing everyone together, so no one feels left out. If you notice someone unintentionally forming a smaller group, a friendly invite to join the wider group can make a big difference. Your Pack Leader is always ready to support with icebreakers or group activities.

Keeping Respect First
We’re committed to a safe and respectful experience for all. Flash Pack has a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful behaviour, including anything racist, xenophobic homophobic, culturally insensitive, or otherwise inappropriate. If you experience or see something that feels off, please tell your Pack Leader right away - they’re trained to handle these situations with care.

You can also contact our Customer Experience team at [email protected] or via the emergency line in the Flash Pack app, if you need out of hours support. We’re here to listen and ensure everyone feels valued. If you’d like to address a minor issue directly, like an unintentionally insensitive comment, a kind approach works best. For example, you might say, “I’m sure you didn’t mean it this way, but that could be taken differently by others.” If you’re not comfortable, your Pack Leader can step in to facilitate a respectful conversation.

Embracing the Adventure
Travel can bring unexpected twists, and we encourage Flashpackers to embrace them with a positive mindset. Focusing on the shared experiences and new connections can turn surprises into highlights. If something’s not quite right, share it constructively with your Pack Leader - they’re there to help keep the adventure on track. Per our Flash Pack Guarantee, we’ll work to fix any issues within our control to ensure your trip is everything you hoped for.

How to Raise a Concern
If something’s affecting your experience, let us know as soon as possible so we can address it quickly:

  • During the Trip: Speak to your Pack Leader immediately - most issues can be resolved on the spot. If you’re not comfortable, contact our Customer Experience team via [email protected] or the emergency line in the Flash Pack app, if you need out of hours support.

  • After the Trip: Still feel let down? Email us within 28 days of returning, and we’ll review the situation with you, your Pack Leader, and, if needed, others in the group. If something went wrong within our control, we’ll offer a fair solution, like a partial refund or future credit, as outlined in our Flash Pack Guarantee.
