What type of accommodation can I expect on my tour?

We prioritise well-rated, premium, boutique hotels and characterful local stays that reflect the destination, avoiding generic large chains wherever possible while ensuring comfort, cleanliness, safety and strong service standards.

In some locations we may use trusted chain hotels, but we select smaller, more intimate properties with great locations and facilities that still feel personal and suited to our group dynamic.

Adventure trips:

We display a selection of what to expect on each itinerary online, but please understand we don’t guarantee every departure will have exactly the hotels featured on the trip page. We will let you know the finalised hotels for your trip in your detailed itinerary, 30 days before the start date – you’ll receive an email confirming your itinerary is finalised at this point.

Wellbeing journeys:

Accommodation is carefully chosen to support rest, immersion and a sense of escape – and is often exclusive to your group.

Depending on the journey, this could be a private safari lodge, a secluded mountain retreat, a community-run eco-lodge in the Amazon, or even your own private slice of a Caribbean island. Each property is integral to the experience, not just a place to sleep. Full details are available on each individual itinerary page.
