Upgrading from a sharing room to a single room
If you’ve booked to share a twin room but would like to upgrade to have your own room (or want to check the cost), please fill out this form. Availability isn’t guaranteed, but we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
If you already added a single room when you booked, there’s no need to submit a form. You can review your booking and any extras by logging into your Flash Pack account via mobile or desktop browser.
Switching from a single room to a sharing room
If you’ve booked a single room and would prefer to switch to a twin room, you can cancel your single supplement without penalty up to 90 days before departure.
After that, the following cancellation terms apply:
46-89 days before departure → 50% of the single supplement is retained
30-45 days before departure → 75% of the single supplement is retained
29-0 days before departure → 100% of the single supplement is retained
