We know that everyone travels differently, so we’ve designed our trips with clear indicators to help you choose the pace and activity level that suits you best.
Adventure trips
Each Adventure trip page includes two helpful meters – Physicality and Downtime – to give you a clear sense of how active and fast-paced the itinerary will be.
Physicality
This shows how physically active the overall itinerary is. There are three levels:
Chilled: Our most laid-back adventures, with easy-going activities like gentle hikes or relaxed kayaking. Ideal if you prefer a slower pace with plenty of comfort.
Active: A balanced mix of adventure and downtime. Expect exciting experiences alongside opportunities to rest and recharge.
Challenging: More physically demanding adventures with bigger activities and a greater sense of achievement. Best suited to those who are generally fit and comfortable pushing themselves.
Downtime
This shows how much free time is built into your itinerary:
Less: A dynamic, fast-paced trip with lots of planned activities and minimal pauses.
Balanced: A well-paced itinerary with a mix of included experiences and time to relax or explore independently.
We recommend reading the full itinerary alongside these meters to make sure the activities feel right for your interests, fitness level and travel style.
Wellbeing journeys
Our Wellbeing journeys are designed to be gentle, restorative and accessible to all abilities. There’s no expectation to push yourself physically, and all wellbeing sessions are optional.
Each retreat follows a relaxed daily rhythm, with a balance of guided practices and plenty of free time to rest, reflect or enjoy your surroundings at your own pace.
For specific details on what’s included, take a look at the itinerary and FAQs on the trip page.
