What happens if my flight is delayed?

We know flights can sometimes be delayed, so we ask that you provide your flight details at least 30 days before departure as part of your onboarding. This allows us to prepare our local team so they can plan transfers and track your arrival.

If your flight changes before your departure date, let us know and we'll forward the information to our local team to discuss your transfer arrangements.

If your flight is delayed, we recommend contacting the local team’s emergency number (available in the Flash Pack app) to let them know you’ll need a new transfer. In cases where a transfer can’t be re-arranged, you may need to take a taxi from the airport, and any costs will need to be covered by you. Be sure to keep your receipts, as you may be able to claim these on your travel insurance.
