Booking extra nights isn’t a service we offer, although we’ll be happy to provide you with the necessary details to book directly with the hotel.

If you book a pre-night at the same hotel where your adventure begins and you notify us at least 30 days before departure, your arrival transfer will be included.

We recommend arranging any extra nights at least 30 days before your adventure starts to ensure availability.

We also recommend booking with flexible cancellation and refund options. In about 5% of cases, the starting or ending hotel for your adventure may change. You’ll receive the finalised itinerary, including confirmed hotels, via the Flash Pack app 30 days before you go (for guaranteed adventures).
