What is included in an adventure?
Your adventure includes all accommodation, transport, activities, most meals and experienced local Pack Leaders to guide you through the adventure.
We also include airport arrival transfers, as long as you arrive on the first day of the trip or book a pre-night with us.
Are flights included in the cost?
We do not include flights to and from your destination. If flights are required during your tour then these are covered in the cost and will be organised by Flash Pack.
You will find the details of the arrival and departure airports as well as arrival and departure times under the Important Notes section of each adventure.
Are tips included?
Tips are not included in the cost of the adventure. Flash Pack has designed a tipping guide with recommendations on suitable tips to provide to your local Pack Leader and driver. You can access this guide via the Flash Pack app, which you can access as soon as your departure becomes guaranteed.
Is travel insurance included?
While travel insurance is compulsory to travel with Flash Pack, we do not sell insurance as we prefer to leave this open for you to find a policy that best suits you and your travel plans. We can recommend some options if you would like.
How do I book an adventure?
When you’re ready to book, simply create your Flash Pack account, click 'Dates & Prices' on the trip page, pick your adventure and secure your place. The departure date of your selected adventure will determine whether you can pay a deposit to secure your place or if the full balance is required at the time of booking.
Adventures starting within 90 days or less require full payment on booking. Adventures more than 90 days from starting only require a deposit on booking.
