Sometimes, trips can be closed before reaching full capacity after they hit the instant booking deadline cutoff. After this, the trip becomes “On Request”, meaning new bookings require manual confirmation within 3–5 working days. This ensures we have enough time to finalise arrangements before departure, even if not all spots are filled.
Occasionally, if we’re unable to secure extra rooms during the “On Request” period, we may need to stop accepting bookings. This will always be clearly indicated on our website, and the trip will show as "Sold Out".
