What is the Flash Pack Guarantee?

It’s our promise to you: show up with curiosity and boldness, and we’ll deliver the adventure. If something within our control doesn’t go to plan, we’ll make it right — fairly and honestly.

What kind of issues are covered?

Anything that’s within our or your Pack Leader’s control — from trip logistics to accommodation or activities not meeting expectations. It doesn’t cover things like personal preferences or group dynamics, which are outside our control.

What if something feels off during the trip?

Tell your Pack Leader as soon as possible. Most issues can be dealt with on the spot. If you’re uncomfortable speaking to them, contact our 24/7 Customer Experience team.

What happens if I raise an issue after the trip?

We’ll look into it — speaking to you, your Pack Leader, and sometimes other group members. If something genuinely went wrong and it was on us, we’ll offer a fair resolution like credit, a partial refund, or something else that fits the situation.

How long do I have to get in touch after the trip?

Please contact us within 28 days of returning. The sooner we hear from you, the better we can help.
